Whether you’re looking for a life-changing volunteer opportunity or just a fun, educational day for the family, our doors are wide open! Come meet your local heroes, test your skills, and see if you have what it takes to join the team. 👨‍🚒 CHALLENGE YOURSELF The "Find the Hazards" Room: Think you have a safe home? Step into our Hazard House and see if you can spot the hidden fire risks before the clock runs out. Junior Firefighter Course: Kids can gear up and race through our custom obstacle course. From "victim" drags to hose-aiming, it’s the ultimate test for the next generation of heroes. Hands-Only CPR Training: Minutes matter. Spend 5 minutes with our medics to learn the life-saving rhythm of hands-only CPR. No mouth-to-mouth, just the power to save a life. 🚨 SEE THE GEAR Touch-a-Truck: Get up close and personal with our fleet! Climb into the driver’s seat of a fire truck, explore and see the specialized tools we use every day. Sparky the Fire Dog: Our favorite mascot will be on-site for high-fives and photos! ❤️ COMMUNITY WELLNESS Blood Pressure Clinic: Stop by our EMS station for a free blood pressure check. We are currently looking for dedicated neighbors to join our ranks. Visit our recruitment booth to: Try on a real set of turnout gear (it’s heavier than it looks!).       Details: We will be opening our fire hall and showing our trucks and equipment, letting the kids spray water, having ice cream and hot dogs. We will have fireman in gear. And gear for the kids and community to try on. Air packs out to show and try on. We will have informational flyers out and applications for people to take. Just going to try and have as much fun as we can. Take kids for rides on our side by side. We haven't held an open house in a few years.

      Details: We will be available to discuss whats involved in joining our organization, assist in filling out an application or just answering your questions. We are looking for Interior fire fighters( go inside to fight the fire of rescue victims, Exterior fire fighters( stay outside to assist getting equipment putting up ladders ect) and Fire Police( direct traffic in and around the emergency scene) We are also looking for Jr Fire fighters aged 16-18( they learn everything involved in fire fighting so they are ready to go to work for us when they turn 18) We will see you there!!!
